Design Notes
To have the sense target function properly, a RBS should be inserted between it and the GFP coding sequence. With no knowledge of the RBS sequence used by Kyoto 2013 Team, we researched and identified the RBS provided by Imperial College 2016 as workable as it functions well in their experiment of STAR RNA switch.

The sense target submitted by Kyoto team was fully synthesized according to their sequence and later integrated into BBa_K2787027 through restriction cloning.
